Individual Nutrition Sessions
Initial Consultation $230 | 70-minutes
In your first session, we want to understand your health concerns and goals in as much detail as possible. We would love to get to know who you are, your experience with food, eating and body image, your current health concerns and what you would like to get out of our work together. This will allow us to collaboratively devise an individualised plan, including specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations suitable to you.
Review Consultation $145 | 40-minutes
Review Consultation (short) $110 | 25-minutes
In your subsequent sessions, we will continue to get to the root of your concerns with food and body image, and can identify any barriers that may be hindering your ability to achieve your goals.
Medicare Rebates of $60.35 per consultation are available for individuals with a chronic health condition (up to 5 visits) or eating disorder (20 visits). To receive rebates, you must be referred by your GP via a GP Management Plan (GPMP) or Eating Disorder Plan (EDP). Chat with your GP to determine if you are eligible.
Private Health Insurance Rebates are dependant on an individuals private health insurance provider and level of cover. depend on who you’re insured with and your level of cover. Contact your private health insurer to find out. Please be aware you can't claim both private health and medicare for each session.
Department of Veterans' Affairs DVA Gold Card or a White Card (condition specific) holders can receive bulk-billed dietitian support through obtaining a D904 referral from your GP.
National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed can receive dietitian support. Services can be provided under the Improved health and Wellbeing and/or the Improved Daily Living categories of your NDIS Capacity Building Supports budget. Unfortunately, as we are not a registered NDIS provider, we are unable to work with participants who are NDIA managed.
Individual Supervision
Supervision. $160 + GST | 55-minutes
We believe that reflecting and receiving support for your work it is essential for improving clinical effectiveness, enhancing self-care and provide continuing professional development.
Kate, our Senior Dietitian, offers individual supervision to early career dietitians and those with five years or less experience working with eating disorders. Supervision can be either short or long term, or to support credentialling requirements.
Terms and Conditions. Please respect that our time is valuable. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice, otherwise you may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your consultation. If you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms or are a close contact of someone with COVID-19, please contact the clinic to adjust your appointment to online or reschedule.
