Kate Flint
Senior Dietitian and Founder
Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC)
Kate has a warm, client-centred and trauma informed approach. She understands how hard it can be to reach out for professional support and works hard to create a warm and comfortable environment during sessions, but isn’t afraid of having a good chuckle with her clients.
Kate can support you with eating disorder recovery (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, OSFED and ARFID), intuitive eating (embracing body cues, such as hunger and fullness), overcoming disordered eating, gastrointestinal symptom management (bloating, constipation, abdominal pain, nausea, poor appetite), and finding a peaceful relationship with your body. She is a LGBTIQA+ friendly dietitian and has a neurodiversity affirming care approach.
Kate is passionate about supporting and supervising dietitians in the eating disorder and disordered eating space. She aims to create a safe and judgement-free space for clinicians in order to support their practice and to allow them to feel more connected in this space. Kate approaches each supervision session with curiosity, and encourage a space for reflection, respect, compassion and growth. She has undertaken formal supervision training through the Queensland Eating Disorder Service (QuEDS) and Cunningham Centre, and is a facilitator as part of the QuEDS facilitator peer supervision program.
Alongside private practice, she works at the West Moreton Eating Disorder Speciality Service and actively contributes to state-wide eating disorder groups. In her spare time, Kate enjoys gardening and spending time with her cheeky staffy puppy Neville (who she is always happy to chat about).

Amelia Weddell
Dietitian
Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC)
Amelia is a passionate and friendly Dietitian, who works with individuals through evidenced based medical nutrition therapy. She empowers her clients with science-backed nutrition principles and evokes motivation for behaviour change to support wellbeing.
Amelia has experience working with adolescents and adults in the community to improve their nutritional wellbeing whilst navigating the modern world with an eating disorder and/or living with other mental health co-existing conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD and Autism. She uses trauma informed approaches, neurodiversity affirming care and a holistic view to wellbeing that helps facilitate the best support and outcomes for her clients.
Amelia has completed further training in Eating Disorders with QuEDS to receive and maintain her Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician status, and has participated in ongoing training and supervision in the overlap of disordered eating and Disorders of the Gut Brain Interaction (DGBIs, such as IBS). Amelia uses these advanced learnings regularly with her clients to achieve the client’s goals such as reduced gastrointestinal discomfort and flexible eating.
Amelia has a strong weight-neutral approach to dietetics, whereby she believes that health can truly be achieved at any weight or body shape. This position facilitates clients to improve their lifestyle to achieve their health goals whilst supporting a positive relationship with food and feeling comfortable in their own skin. Outside of private practice, Amelia delivers presentations and workshops to communities and school groups to help educate young people on strengthening body image and their relationship with food.
In her spare time, Amelia enjoys a mix of different activities like playing AFL football, watching reality TV, spending time outside at the beach and trying out new cafes and restaurants to eat.
